Welcome to the Poledance Superstar LLC (“Poledance Superstar”) website available at “www.polesuperstar.com” (this “Site”).  This Statement discloses the Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) for this Site and describes how we collect, protect and use information we receive from visitors to our Site.  This Policy applies only to information collected through this Site and not to information collected offline or through any other websites (even if affiliated with Poledance Superstar).  Your use of the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.  Please read this Privacy Policy before using Site or submitting personal information to us.

How We Collect and Use Information:  Poledance Superstar collects information you may submit on this site, including name, postal address, e-mail address, and/or other information.  Poledance Superstar may also collect information passively using various technologies, such as cookies, Internet tags, and web beacons.  Information about you is used: in order to enter you into contests and/or to allow you to vote in contests; to send you information about various subjects, including about Poledance Superstar and our products and services, our affiliates and business partners and their products and services, or other entities in whose products or services we believe you may be interested; or to respond to your questions; as otherwise described at the time you provide your information, otherwise on our Site, or in subsequent notices to you; to combine with other information we may have about you and used as otherwise described in this policy; to monitor Site usage, to determine what features and activities are more popular, to improve the Site and our product offerings; or for other Poledance Superstar business purposes.

While Poledance Superstar is not in the business of selling customer data, Poledance Superstar does share personal information with third parties business partners, such as contractors who are providing services to Poledance Superstar, or to the extent applicable, third parties with whom Poledance Superstar is conducting a joint program.  If Poledance Superstar sells one of its product lines or divisions, your personal information may be transferred to the buyer so that the buyer can continue to provide you with information and services.  Poledance Superstar will also disclose your information to its affiliates and parent companies, to protect its interests or the company, if it believes it is otherwise required to do so by law, if doing so will not violate any law, or if in response requests from government authorities, to address national security situations, or when otherwise required by law.

Children’s Privacy:  The Site is not intended for, nor does Poledance Superstar believe that it is appealing to, children and Poledance Superstar does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children. If you have an established business relationship with us, and are a resident of California, you have the right to request from us a list of the categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for those third parties' marketing purposes, and a list of all third parties to whom we have shared that information.  We will include in that list the information required by California law, namely the names and addresses of the third parties who received the information and used it (or whom we believe may have used it) for their own marketing purposes.   To exercise your rights, you may make one request each year by emailing us at shinethelight@rosamexicano.com or writing us at the address listed above.  Indicate in your letter that you are making a "California Shine the Light" inquiry.  Responses to requests sent to either of these addresses will be provided within 30 days.
